Silent and Powerful VRM Fan

To handle power-hungry CPUs, the Liquid Freezer III features a 60 mm PWM-controlled VRM fan. This fan provides almost silent cooling in scenarios with poor airflow or during overclocking, ensuring a longer service life for voltage converters and consistent performance.

ARCTIC’s patent-pending mounting frame reduces mechanical stress by preventing CPU deformation caused by Intel's Independent Loading Mechanism (ILM). This design ensures consistent cooling performance, minimizes stress on the motherboard, and allows for quick and easy installation.

Optimised, In-House Developed Water Pump

The specially developed PWM-controlled water pump enhances performance and reduces noise. Its improved coldplate, extended fin surface, and optimised water pipes ensure efficient cooling while maintaining quiet operation.

Complete Control or Simple Control

Choose between two control options:

• Separate regulation: Control the pump, VRM fan, and radiator fan independently using the splitter cable.

Native AMD Offset Mounting

To optimize heat dissipation for AMD Ryzen processors, the mounting solution features a 5 mm offset. This design accounts for the slightly offset hotspot under the IHS, ensuring maximum cooling efficiency.

Improved Radiator Design

The 38 mm thick radiator boasts a 23% larger fin stack, increasing the cooling surface and liquid volume. This design effectively manages power and temperature peaks over extended periods.

High Static Pressure

The Liquid Freezer III uses award-winning P series fans, designed to deliver high static pressure for superior performance on heat sinks and radiators with high fin density.

Limited Compatibility with Few Motherboards

Some motherboards with oversized SSD coolers in the M.2_1 slot may be incompatible. ARCTIC provides a free M.2 cooler for affected motherboards.

Addressable LEDs for All Requirements

The cooler features standardised 3-pin cables for compatibility with most lighting systems. The daisy-chain function allows each LED to display individual colors, offering endless customization options.
