The Liquid Freezer III is ready for immediate use thanks to its pre-installed radiator fans in push configuration. The fan cables are integrated into the jacket of the hoses, meaning only one cable needs to be connected to the motherboard. With the MX-6 thermal compound included in delivery, you have everything required for quick and easy installation.

Future-Proof Compatibility

The Liquid Freezer III is multi-compatible with Intel and AMD sockets. Intel's upcoming Arrow Lake processors on the LGA1851 socket will also be supported. ARCTIC guarantees full compatibility with the new CPUs, ensuring all Liquid Freezer III models can be used with the LGA1851 socket without limitations.

Silent and Powerful VRM Fan

Motherboard voltage converters often operate at maximum temperature, especially with power-hungry CPUs. The Liquid Freezer III compensates for the lack of airflow from tower coolers with a revised VRM fan. This 60 mm PWM-controlled fan provides almost silent cooling of the socket area, even in cases with poor airflow or during overclocking scenarios. This results in higher load capacity and longer service life for voltage converters.

Contact Frame for Intel LGA1700 and LGA1851

Intel's Independent Loading Mechanism (ILM) can deform the CPU due to excessive pressure. ARCTIC’s patent-pending mounting frame prevents CPU deformation, reduces mechanical load, and allows the cooler to be securely installed onto the CPU's backplate. This design minimizes stress on the mainboard and CPU, ensuring consistent cooling performance and quick and uncomplicated installation.

Optimised, In-House Developed Water Pump

The Liquid Freezer III features a PWM-controlled water pump, optimised for both performance and noise reduction. The improved coldplate with an extended fin surface and optimised water pipes enhances performance while maintaining quiet operation.

Complete Control or Simple Control

Enjoy flexible control options with two connection cables:

• Separate Regulation: Use the splitter cable with three separate connections to control the pump, VRM fan, and radiator fans independently. For example, the VRM fan speed can be adjusted based on the temperature of the voltage converters via PWM.
• All-in-One Control: Similar to the Liquid Freezer II, the entire unit can be controlled via a single connection, allowing the pump, VRM, and radiator fans to be managed with a single PWM setting.

Native AMD Offset Mounting

AMD's Ryzen desktop processors use a multi-die chiplet design with a hotspot slightly offset under the IHS. The AMD mounting solution includes a 5 mm offset, ensuring optimal heat dissipation for these processors.

Improved Radiator Design

The 38 mm thick radiator features a fin stack extended by 23%, increasing the cooling surface and liquid volume. This design effectively manages heat build-up, slowing down power and temperature peaks for sustained performance.

High Static Pressure

ARCTIC relies on its award-winning P series fans, ideal for heat sinks and radiators with high fin density. These fans deliver high static pressure, achieving significantly better results compared to those designed for high air circulation.

Limited Compatibility with Few Motherboards

Some motherboards may be incompatible due to oversized SSD coolers in the M.2_1 slot. ARCTIC provides a free M.2 cooler for affected motherboards to ensure compatibility.

Addressable LEDs for All Requirements

ARCTIC uses standardised 3-pin cables for compatibility with most lighting systems, including motherboards, cases, controllers, and accessories. Software-based control with popular programmes is supported, while the daisy-chain function allows each LED to display individual colours, offering countless combination options.
